Computer Aided Design
We design jewellery on a computer using the Matrix computer programme, according to your specifications.

How our Design and Manufacturing Process Works

The design file can be emailed to you for your approval.   The  advantages of                                                     designing with the assistance of CAD  are many and design challenges can be ironed out during the CAD process rather than at the manufacturing stage of making jewellery.   We can store designs in digital form for future use and we can render                                                  photographic images in a variety of finishes in a digital format without having to make a completed piece of jewellery in order to produce photographic images.

Three Dimensional Printing

Once you are satisfied with the digital design on CAD, the digital design is sent to the 3D printer   which                                                     renders a three dimensional wax model of the jewellery.    The three dimensional  model is then used in  the mould making and casting process to produce a metal render of the jewellery.

Finishing Process and Setting

We then finish and if necessary, assemble the jewellery using laser technology in our workshop, we set the stones and clean and polish the jewellery, ready for delivery to you.
